Provides an introduction to the world of Ninja obstacle course racing. This course will develop your child’s overall fitness, focusing on muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and technique in a safe and fun manner.
This is a more challenging class with the focus of developing youth to enter the various competition leagues within the Ninja community. This course does require a skills assessment prior to being able to attend. The assessment can be completed at the beginning of a class by one of our certified coaches.
This course focuses on adult fitness and works to push past mental boundaries that you may have set for yourself. Combining strength training with Ninja obstacle course racing skills , no two classes are the same! Come prepared to push yourself to reach new limits!
The goal of these sessions is to teach women to build their strength and their physique utilizing a combination of free weights, body weight, and cardio. The one on one sessions offer women a “safe” place to learn how to use their body weight, dumbbells, and barbells to achieve their goals. You will build your confidence while also developing the strength needed to progress to Ninja obstacle course racing if desired.
